Returns

Text required by law. 

"Have you changed your mind after making a purchase? No problem. You have 14 consecutive days after receipt to return the product (right of free termination), without justification. 

Important conditions: 

1. The product must be in its original condition, with seals intact and no signs of use or assembly; 
2. If you requested customised configuration of the equipment (technical service), the cost of this service is non-refundable after it has been performed, as provided for in the ‘provision of services’ exception in the distance contracts law. 
3. The refund will be made within a maximum period of 14 days.
