The user undertakes to:

(d) not impersonate any person or entity, including making false statements or otherwise lying about their connection to a person or entity; 


(e) comply with these general conditions of use. 


If the user fails to comply with these obligations, Dvision reserves the right to immediately prohibit and block access to its website and network without the right to compensation.

Although Dvision has made every effort to ensure that the information included on the website is correct at the time of its launch, Dvision cannot be held responsible for any errors or omissions or any information that may be incomplete, incorrect, or no longer up to date.

Copyright and all proprietary rights in the website and all its content are reserved by Dvision. Company names, trademarks, and products or services displayed on the website may be the registered trademarks of their respective holders.

General

Any failure by Dvision to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Use and Privacy shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of these Terms of Use and Privacy is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties agree that the court should endeavour to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the provision, and the remaining provisions of the Terms of Use and Privacy shall remain in full force and effect. The headings used in these Terms of Use and Privacy are for reference purposes only and have no legal or contractual effect.


PRIVACY POLICY


Types of Data collected

Among the types of Personal Data that the website collects, by itself or through third parties, there are: email, first name, surname, Usage Data, Cookies, phone number, address, company name, country, city, billing address, and various types of Data.


Complete details on each type of Personal Data collected are provided in the dedicated sections of this privacy policy or by specific explanation texts displayed prior to the Data collection. 


Personal Data may be freely provided by the User, or, in case of Usage Data, collected automatically when using the website.


Unless specified otherwise, all Data requested by the website is mandatory and failure to provide this Data may make it impossible for the website to provide its Services. Mode and place of processing the Data


Method of processing

The Owner takes appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorised access, disclosure, modification, or unauthorised destruction of the Data. 


The Owner assumes the implementation of appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial processes to safeguard and help prevent unauthorised access to personal information and to preserve Data security. These processes take into account the sensitivity of the information we collect, process, and store and the current state of technology. The Owner follows generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted, both during transmission and once received, including the use of electronic vaults and tokenisation services from external service providers.     In any case, the Owner will gladly help to clarify the specific legal basis that applies to the processing, and in particular whether the provision of Personal Data is a statutory or contractual requirement, or a requirement necessary to enter into a contract. 


Place

The Data is processed at the Owner's operating offices and in any other places where the parties involved in the processing are located.

Retention period

Personal Data shall be processed and stored for as long as required by the purpose they have been collected for. 


Therefore: 

  • Personal Data collected for purposes related to the performance of a contract between the Owner and the User shall be retained until such contract has been fully performed. 
  • Personal Data collected for the purposes of the Owner's legitimate interests shall be retained as long as needed to fulfill such purposes.     The Owner may be allowed to retain Personal Data for a longer period whenever the User has given consent to such processing, as long as such consent is not withdrawn. Furthermore, the Owner may be obliged to retain Personal Data for a longer period whenever required to do so for the performance of a legal obligation or upon order of an authority.

    Once the retention period expires, Personal Data shall be deleted. Therefore, the right to access, the right to erasure, the right to rectification, and the right to data portability cannot be enforced after expiration of the retention period.

    Google Analytics is a web analysis service provided by Google Inc. ("Google"). Google utilizes the Data collected to track and examine the use of this service, to prepare reports on its activities and share them with other Google services.   • Interaction with social networks and external platforms

    This type of service allows interaction with social networks or other external platforms directly from the pages of this service. The interaction and information obtained through the website are always subject to the User's privacy settings for each social network. If a service enabling interaction with social networks is installed it may still collect traffic data for the pages where the service is installed, even when Users do not use it.


    ShareThis (Sharethis Inc.)

    ShareThis is a service provided by ShareThis Inc. that displays a widget that allows interaction with social networks and external platforms as well as sharing the contents of the website. Depending on the configuration, this service can display widgets belonging to third parties such as the managers of social networks where interactions are shared. In this case, also the third parties that provide the widget will be informed about interactions and Usage Data on the pages where this service is installed.   • Payment processing

    Payment processing services enable the website to process payments by credit card, bank transfer or other means. To ensure greater security, the website shares only the information necessary to execute the transaction with the financial intermediaries handling the transaction. Some of these services may also enable the sending of timed messages to the User, such as email-based invoices and other notifications.

  • Registration and authentication

    By registering or authenticating, Users allow this service to identify them and give them access to dedicated services. Depending on what is described below, third parties may provide registration and authentication services. In this case, the website will be able to access some Data, stored by these third-party services, for registration or identification purposes.     Direct registration

    The User registers by filling out the registration form and providing the Personal Data directly to the website. Personal Data collected: city, date of birth, email, address, billing address, full name, phone number, country.

    The Owner is allowed to transfer Personal Data collected within the EU to third countries (i.e., any country not part of the EU) only pursuant to a specific legal basis. User Rights
