Delivery Times 

 Items in stock: Orders are shipped within a few hours. 

 Custom equipment: For products that require custom configuration (such as Alarm or Home Automation kits), the average shipping time is 48 hours. This period ensures that our engineers test and prepare your equipment with complete safety.

Deadline: The total delivery time of the order will not exceed 30 days, unless prior notice is given to the customer in cases of force majeure or prolonged stock shortage. 

Shipping Costs

The shipping cost is calculated automatically at the time of checkout. 

Receiving the Order 

 We recommend that, at the time of delivery, you check the condition of the packaging. If you notice any external damage, you must mention it on the  carrier's delivery       note before signing.
